Lima Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. onion
    1/4 c. pimento
    1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
    1 pkg. frozen lima beans
    1 can corn, drained
    Pepperidge Farm stuffing
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Cook milk, 1/2 stick margarine and flour in double boiler until thick.
    Add onion, pimento, cheese, salt and pepper.
    Cook lima beans.
    Arrange limas in bottom of dish; add corn.
    Pour cheese sauce over top.
    Mix 1/2 stick margarine with 1 1/2 to 2 cups stuffing, and sprinkle on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes, or until bubbly.
