Moussaka (Greek) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggplants, sliced
    3 1/2 lb. ground meat
    1 lb. margarine, divided
    24 oz. vegetable oil
    1/2 lb. Romano cheese
    1 c. milk
    5 lb. potatoes, sliced
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    1 liter milk
    9 to 10 Tbsp. corn flour
Preparation
    Fry eggplant and potato slices separately in oil.
    Set aside. Fry chopped onion in 3 sticks of margarine.
    Add hamburger meat, salt, tomato paste and 1 cup water.
    Simmer for about 20 minutes.
