Evelyn'S Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1/3 c. water
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1 tsp. lemon pepper
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    1/4 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Marinate in refrigerator overnight.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 with marinade 3 hours or more!
    Thicken with flour or cornstarch for gravy.
    Slice; add little gravy on slices.
