Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. corn tortillas or corn chips
2 c. boiled chicken breast or any chicken parts
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can Durkee onion rings (optional)
Preparation

Line a 9 x 13-inch dish with tortillas or corn chips. Mix all of the other ingredients (except onion rings), adding the chicken last. Pour over tortillas or corn chips. Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot and bubbly. Top with Durkee onion rings just before taking out of the oven, if desired.
