Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 potatoes, peeled and washed
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. cream cheese
    1 c. milk
    1/2 stick margarine
Preparation
    Cut potatoes into pieces and boil for 10 minutes or until soft.
    Drain potatoes and add sour cream, cream cheese, milk and margarine.
    Use mixer and blend until smooth.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
