Oven Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 round steak
1 medium size bottle Italian dressing

Preparation

Place steak and salt/pepper on one side in a long pan.
Pour dressing over steak.
Place in oven at 350\u00b0 and cook for 45 minutes.
Turn steak and cook another 15 minutes.
The juice makes great gravy for mashed potatoes.
