Quick Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cube steak, cut in 1/2-inch strips
    3 green peppers, cut in strips
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. water
    2 envelopes brown gravy mix
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Brown cube steak and green peppers in the oil.
    Stir in the water, brown gravy mix and soy sauce.
    Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Serve over noodles or rice.
