Pork Chops And Hominy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 tsp. oil
    3 cans yellow hominy, drained
    salt to taste
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Season pork chops and brown in oil in large skillet. Add water to meat and drippings to coat bottom of skillet.
    Add Worcestershire sauce and hominy.
    Pour more water over top for simmering and cooking down.
    Add water periodically as it cooks. Salt and pepper. Cover.
    Cooking time is approximately 30 minutes.
