Cheese Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    1 can chicken broth
    1/2 c. cheese (Velveeta, Cheddar or Cheez Whiz)
    vegetables (broccoli or cauliflower)
    dash of celery seed
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine.
    Stir in flour. Add milk.
    Add chicken broth and cheese.
    Add vegetables and dash of celery seed. Add pepper.
    Blend all ingredients and heat through over low heat.
