Clam Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can peeled Italian tomatoes, strained
4 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
4 cloves garlic, chopped
8 oz. or more minced clams or 6 to 8 fresh clams
Preparation

Heat oil and saute garlic and parsley flakes.
Add tomatoes. Cover and simmer over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
Add clams and simmer 5 to 7 minutes more.
Serve over spaghetti.
