Chicken Parisienne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large or 6 medium chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. cooking sherry
Preparation

Place breasts, skin side up, in an oblong baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients, including mushroom liquid.
Pour over chicken.
Sprinkle generously with paprika.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until tender. Serve over rice.
Serves 4 to 6.
