Ground Turkey Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 (15 oz.) can black beans, drained
    1 small chopped onion
    1 (16 oz.) jar salsa
    2 garlic cloves, crushed
    2 tsp. chili powder
    corn tortillas, cut in 6 x 1-inch strips
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano
    3/4 c. low-fat grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cook turkey and onions in large skillet.
    Drain fat.
    Add vinegar, chili powder, oregano, cumin and cayenne pepper.
    Cook 1 minute.
    Stir in beans and water.
    Put 2 tablespoons salsa in bottom of 2-quart baking dish.
    Place 1/2 tortilla strips on top of salsa.
    Top with 1/2 of turkey mixture and half of remaining salsa.
    Repeat layers.
    Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake 5 to 10 minutes longer.
