Chow Chow - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. green tomatoes
    1 qt. cabbage
    1 qt. onions
    1 qt. green peppers
    6 hot peppers (if desired)
    1 qt. white vinegar
    1 qt. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Grind the vegetables.
    Mix with the vinegar, sugar, salt and spices.
    Bring to a boil; cook 15 to 20 minutes.
    Seal hot.
    Makes approximately 10 pints.
