Ingredients

2 (64 oz.) bottles apple cider
1/2 c. orange juice
2 cinnamon sticks, broken in half
2 Tbsp. dark brown sugar, packed
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 whole cloves
1/4 tsp. ground allspice
1 1/2 c. bourbon
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except bourbon in a large pot. Bring to the boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium. Simmer until reduced to about 12 cups, 30 minutes or so. Remove from heat. With slotted spoon, remove cloves and cinnamon sticks. Mix bourbon into cider. Serve warm or cold.
