Shrimp Scampi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    2 large cloves of garlic
    1 Tbsp. tarragon
    1 Tbsp. marjoram
    1 Tbsp. rosemary
    juice of fresh lemon
    1/2 to 1 c. Rose wine
    2 lb. large shrimp
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add all ingredients except wine and shrimp. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes until spices are cooked.
    Add wine and simmer 10 minutes.
    Put approximately 15 shrimp in aluminum foil pouches and pour sauce mixture over shrimp.
    Cook in oven at 400\u00b0 for about 10 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
