Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 lb. pizza sausage
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. season salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    16 soda crackers
    4 oz. milk
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1 egg
Preparation
    Put crackers in a bowl with milk and let them absorb the milk. When soggy, break into small pieces and add the spices and egg. Mix well, then add the meats.
    Mix together until well blended. Using a 1 1/2 ounce scoop, make into meatballs, placing on a large pizza pan with a little salad oil coating pan to keep meat from burning.
    Cook for 20 minutes or until done in a 300\u00b0 preheated oven.
    Makes a large amount.
