Pork And Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

pork loin roast
6 cloves garlic
4 bell peppers
6 jalapeno peppers
3 onions
10 oz. soy sauce
1 1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Cut roast into 2-inch cubes.
Chop garlic very small or crush it.
Pour enough oil to cover bottom of pan.
Heat and brown meat and garlic.
Drain oil off.
Pour soy sauce, water and sugar over meat.
Simmer until tender.
Quarter onions and slice bell peppers and jalapeno peppers.
Cook slowly until onions and peppers are tender.
If you like it hot, cut 2 or 3 of the jalapenos.
Serve over rice.
