Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
3 c. diced apples

Preparation

Peel apples and chop and set aside.
Pour cooking oil into large mixing bowl.
Add sugar and eggs and beat well.
Sift salt, soda and baking powder.
Add flour to mixture and vanilla.
Gently fold in chopped apples.
Pour into 10-inch greased tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
When cool, drizzle on sugar glaze.
