Carol'S Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion
    2 eggs
    6 saltine crackers, crushed
    pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    tomato sauce or barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together, except tomato sauce or barbecue sauce.
    Shape into balls (golf ball size).
    Brown in nonstick skillet.
    Cover meat balls with either tomato sauce or barbecue sauce.
    Simmer for 20 minutes.
