Mississippi Mud - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
5 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts
marshmallows
Preparation

In saucepan, melt butter; add cocoa and vanilla.
Mix well.
In bowl, mix sugar, flour and salt; add eggs, nuts and cocoa mixture. Mix well.
Pour into greased and floured pan (9 x 13-inch).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Top with marshmallows (do not stick) and spread on icing.
Have icing ready when you take cake out of oven.
