Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
2 c. strawberries, mashed or in pieces
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
1/4 to 1/2 c. pecans

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and pour into loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
Makes 2 big loaves or several small ones.
