Baked Macaroni, Cheese And Tuna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 c. milk
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
6 oz. tuna
8 oz. Mueller's macaroni, cooked as directed
1/2 c. bread crumbs (optional)
Preparation

In 2-quart saucepan, melt margarine over low heat.
Stir in flour, salt and pepper until smooth.
Remove from heat.
Gradually stir in milk until smooth and return to heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in mustard, cheese and tuna.
Pour over cooked macaroni.
Pour in a buttered casserole and top with bread crumbs.
Bake 25 minutes at 375\u00b0 or until brown.
