Best Ever Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 lb. chuck roast (no substitute)
    2 large onions
    2 stalks celery
    6 potatoes, cut in half
    seasoned salt
    2 bay leaves
    salt, pepper and garlic powder
Preparation
    Season roast; put into covered roasting pan with about 1-inch of water.
    Bake, covered, at 325\u00b0 for about 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Check for doneness.
    (Very tender and a great flavor.)
