Vanilla Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch or 1/3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 c. milk
    3 slightly beaten egg yolks
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt.
    Add milk.
    Bring to a boil and cook 2 minutes.
    Scoop out 1 cup hot mix and stir into egg yolks.
    Add back into pudding and cook 2 more minutes, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat.
    Add butter and vanilla.
