Ingredients

3 c. shredded bran cereal
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered buttermilk
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. baking soda
1 stick unsalted butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine bran cereal, flour, buttermilk powder, sugar, cinnamon and baking soda in food processor.
Add butter (cut up in pads) and vanilla.
Divide batter up into 4 equal parts.
Can be kept up to 2 months refrigerated.
