Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. margarine, melted
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. coconut
2 Tbsp. vinegar (white)
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and put in 2 pie shells (8-inch). Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Cut in thin slices (it is very rich!).
Tastes like pecan pie.
