Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg./cans mixed vegetables, cooked and drained
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
    1/2 stick butter or oleo, melted
Preparation
    Combine vegetables, mayonnaise, cheese, onion and soup; mix well.
    Pour into baking dish.
    Combine cracker crumbs and melted butter and spread on top of veggies.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
