Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small pkg. strawberry jello
1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/4 c. water
1 deep dish frozen pie shell
1 qt. fresh strawberries, stemmed, washed and chilled
8 oz. thawed Cool Whip
Preparation

Bake pie shell.
In a large saucepan, stir dry jello, sugar and flour thoroughly.
Add water slowly, stirring as you add it. Cook until thick (about 15 minutes), stirring often.
Cool.
Add cold, whole strawberries.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Spread on whipped topping.
Refrigerate until set.
Store in refrigerator.
