Oven-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
    1/4 c. shortening
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Wash chicken and pat dry.
    In oven, melt shortening and butter in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Mix flour, salt, paprika and pepper.
    Coat chicken pieces thoroughly with flour mixture.
