Golden Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cloves
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. cider or apple juice
1 c. white seedless raisins
Preparation

Sift together the flour, baking soda, spices and salt.
Cream the butter and sugar.
Add egg and beat well.
Add dry ingredients alternately with cider.
Stir in raisins.
Pour into greased 10-inch tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
