Hot Tamales - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion (small)
    2 c. cornmeal
    1 tsp. red and black pepper
    1 tsp. garlic
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 tsp. cumin
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Roll in tamale papers or aluminum foil. Cook in boiling water about 30 to 45 minutes.
