Ma'S Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. Mazola oil
    4 eggs
    1 lb. cooked carrots
    3/4 c. walnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Blend well.
    Grease and flour pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes.
