Easy Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 or 8 skinless chicken breasts
    1 lb. peeled carrots, cut up
    1 green pepper, cut up
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    6 or 8 potatoes
    1/2 c. water
    1 pkg. onion soup mix (dry)
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place chicken in the bottom of a very large baking dish. Sprinkle chicken with soup mix.
    Place all the other ingredients in dish.
    Pour water over.
    Bake, loosely covered, for 3 or 4 hours at 325\u00b0.
    Check chicken after 3 hours to see if done.
