California Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 red potatoes
    6 carrots
    2 zucchini
    2 yellow squash
    1 yellow onion
    2 broccoli crowns
Preparation
    Cut potatoes into medium size chunks and place in hot steamer, then slice carrots and zucchini and add to potatoes in steamer.
    Slice yellow squash and dice onion and add to steamer. Cut broccoli into small sized florets and place into steamer and remove from heat.
    Keep covered for 5 minutes or until broccoli is thoroughly warm.
    The cooking time for all vegetables should be about fifteen minutes.
    Serves 8.
