Pork Tenderloin In Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pork tenderloins
    salt (to taste)
    pepper (to taste)
    1 lemon, thinly sliced
    3 Tbsp. butter
    flour (for dusting)
    4 Tbsp. sour cream
    2 tsp. capers
Preparation
    Rub meat well with salt and place in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Add pepper and cover meat with lemon slices.
