Stuffed Zucchini(Romania) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
4 Zucchini about 8 inches long
1 pound ground Beef or Turkey
    4 Tbsp. Onions, chopped
    2 Eggs slightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. fresh Parsley, chopped
    1 Tbsp. Bread Crumbs
    1/4 pound Gruyere Cheese, grated
    2 tsp. Salt
    1 tsp. Black Pepper
    2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
    2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
    1 Tbsp. Flour
    2 cups Tomato Sauce
    1 Tbsp. fresh Basil, chopped
    1 tsp. Salt
    1 tsp. Black Pepper
    3 Tbsp. Sour Cream
Preparation
Pre-heat oven to 350F. Trim zucchini, don't peel. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add zucchini. Boil zucchini for 6-7 minutes, remove from water. Cut zucchini in half length wise and remove seeds with a spoon, set aside. In a medium bowl, combine ground meat, 2 Tbsp. of chopped onions, eggs, parsley, bread crumbs, cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix together. Fill zucchini with meat mixture. In a large skillet heat olive oil and butter. Add zucchini, remaining onions, and garlic. Saute for about 10 minutes. Place zucchini in a lightly buttered oven dish. Cook uncovered for about 35 minutes.
In a small sauce pan combine flour, tomato paste, basil, salt, and pepper, simmer for a few minutes. When zucchini is done add sour cream to sauce and serve over zucchini. You may substitute another cheese for Gruyere. If using dried herbs use less than the recipe calls for since they are stronger.
