Mother'S Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 7 cooked white potatoes
    1 small pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mash potatoes and mix ingredients thoroughly.
    Put into a casserole and bake for 1 hour at 250\u00b0 or until potatoes are warm. This is a handy recipe to use when you are fixing a holiday dinner and want to prepare the potatoes a day ahead.
    Refrigerate them and then just heat in your oven or microwave them for the dinner. They are full of cholesterol and are delicious!
