Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. grated carrots
1 (13 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. nuts
1 c. coconut (optional)
1 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder, cinnamon, soda and salt.
Mix together sugar, eggs and oil.
Add sifted ingredients, carrots, drained pineapple, nuts, coconut and raisins.
Pour into a greased and floured pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
