Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chicken breasts, cut up
    1 c. diced celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 c. cooked rice
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (4 oz.) can water chestnuts
    1/4 c. slivered almonds
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. pimento (for color)
    1 stack Ritz crackers
    1/2 stick margarine, softened
Preparation
    Crumble 1/2 stack of Ritz crackers and spread in bottom of ungreased 13 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Combine all ingredients, except remaining crackers and margarine.
    Put in dish.
    Crumble remaining crackers and mix with margarine; sprinkle on top of mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly and toasted (25 to 30 minutes).
