Ingredients

3 c. frozen, loose pack, shredded hash browns, thawed
1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 c. cooked ham, diced
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. diced green pepper
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Press hash browns between paper towels to remove excess moisture.
Press into bottom and up sides of 9-inch pie pan. Drizzle with butter and bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Combine the ham, cheese and green pepper and spoon over crust.
In small bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour over all.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 25 to 30 minutes, until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Let stand 10 minutes and cut in wedges.
