Orange Cream Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 pkg. orange jello
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 c. hot water
    1 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
    1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Drain pineapple and save syrup.
    Dissolve jello, hot water, sugar and syrup.
    Chill until partially set.
    Add cream or yogurt and vanilla.
    Whip until fluffy.
    Fold in pineapple, oranges and coconut.
    Chill.
