Swiss Vegetable Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. frozen vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 can French fried onions
Preparation
    Mix all together, reserving 1/2 the onions and 1/2 the cheese. Put in 1-quart casserole. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Uncover and top with remaining onions and cheese. Bake 5 more minutes.
