Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 c. popcorn
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 c. light corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix sugar, butter, syrup and salt.
    Cook and stir over medium heat until it bubbles.
    Cook 5 minutes more.
    Remove from heat and stir in soda and vanilla.
    Pour over popcorn.
    Bake 1 hour at 250\u00b0 in two buttered 9 x 15-inch pans.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
