Italian Style Ground Turkey Cutlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh raw ground turkey
    1/2 c. part-skim Ricotta cheese
    3 Tbsp. minced parsley
    dashes of salt and pepper (be liberal!)
    6 Tbsp. Italian-seasoned bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mix turkey well with Ricotta, parsley, salt and pepper. Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan on a shallow plate.
    Shape turkey into four flat cutlets.
    Press the cutlets into the bread crumb mixture, coating both sides.
    Spray a shallow skillet with Pam.
    Fry the cutlets with no fat, turning about 4 or 5 minutes per side.
    Makes 4 servings, 295 calories each.
