Jackie'S Hot Crab Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. backfin crab (imitation crab may be substituted)
    16 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of onion salt
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (save 1/3 c.)
    dash of paprika
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients in blender, except crab.
    Fold in crab. Put in casserole dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Top with remaining cheese.
    Serve with crackers.
