Strawberry Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) baked pastry shell or graham cracker crumb crust
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand condensed sweetened milk
1/3 c. ReaLemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 qt. fresh strawberries
1 (16 oz.) pkg. prepared strawberry glaze
Preparation

In a large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in Eagle Brand milk until smooth.
Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.
Combine well and pour into crust.
Chill for 3 hours or until set.
Top with strawberries and glaze. Refrigerate.
Add whipped cream or Cool Whip as a topping.
