Taco Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 chopped onion
    1 pkg. seasoning mix
    1 c. water
    1 pkg. tortilla chips
    1/2 head lettuce, shredded
    2 tomatoes
    1 can sliced ripe olives
    1 c. shredded cheese
    2/3 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook and stir ground beef and onion in a 10-inch skillet until beef is cooked; drain and mix with seasoning and water.
    Heat until it boils, then reduce heat and simmer, uncovered.
    Stir occasionally for about 10 minutes.
    Spoon beef mixture onto the chips.
    Cover with remaining ingredients.
