Baked Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    2 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/2 c. corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    6 qt. popped corn
Preparation
    Melt butter; stir in brown sugar, corn syrup and salt.
    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Boil without stirring for 5 minutes; remove from heat.
    Stir in soda and vanilla.
    Gradually pour over popcorn and mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
