Vegetable And Beef Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
4 large potatoes
1 large onion, chopped
2 (10 oz.) cans tomatoes
1 can whole kernel corn
1 stick margarine
salt and pepper to taste
1 can sliced carrots
Preparation

Peel and dice potatoes.
Put potatoes and onion in large pot. Cover with water.
In skillet cook ground beef until brown.
Drain fat.
After potatoes and onion are tender, add remaining ingredients and ground beef.
Simmer until done.
