Lemon Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. flour
    rind of 3 lemons
    9 egg yolks
    3 c. milk
    1 c. lemon juice
    9 egg whites
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour and rind.
    Beat egg yolks and milk.
    Add to sugar mixture. Then add lemon
    juice.
    Beat egg whites very stiff and fold into liquid mixture very carefully.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan and bake in a tray of water until brown at 350\u00b0.
    Cool and keep in refrigerator at all times.
